Welcome to Blissful Invites (accessible at weddinginvitecards.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and custom wedding invitation design services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Services and Licenses
Blissful Invites provides customized digital invitation templates, downloadable electronic wedding cards, and online interactive RSVP wedding websites.
Upon purchasing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host, share, and utilize the invitation assets and website for your personal wedding event. You may not resell our code, templates, layouts, animations, or styling scripts for commercial use.
2. Accounts and Security
To design cards and manage invitations, you may register an account using email credentials or Google Login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
If you connect a Google Sheet to synchronize guest RSVP details, you grant Blissful Invites the permission to access and write to that specific spreadsheet via Google API protocols. You retain full control over your Google Sheet credentials and sheet permissions.
3. User Content & Design Accuracy
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all details you submit, including partner names, timings, venue addresses, map links, and upload media (images, music).
Once you approve the final custom digital card draft or interactive layout design, Blissful Invites is not responsible for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or incorrect information. Any corrections requested after design approval and link distribution may be subject to minor service fees.
4. Payments, Rates, and Billing
All services are billed at the pricing plans and structures published on our website.
Online payments are processed securely via the PayHere payment gateway which supports credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and mobile wallets. By completing a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment source. We reserve the right to withhold card or website access until billing verification is successfully completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, animation routines, scripts, database integrations, stylesheets, illustrations, logos, and website layouts are the exclusive property of Blissful Invites. The layout code we deploy for your wedding invitations remains hosted on our cloud servers, and you are not entitled to download the raw script file, databases, or hosting infrastructure code.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blissful Invites makes reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% server uptime for your digital invites. However, we are not liable for any temporary server outages, third-party network issues, internet congestion, or Google API failures that temporarily limit access to your website or halt RSVP sheet sync.
In no event shall our total liability for any claim regarding defective services exceed the total amount you paid to us for that specific order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
