At Blissful Invites (operated at weddinginvitecards.com), we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and protect personal information belonging to both couples who build invitations and their wedding guests who interact with our services.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information Provided by Couples:
When registering an account or placing an order, we collect information including your name, email address, contact number, and wedding specifications (partner names, wedding date, event timings, location coordinates, background music files, and gallery photos).
b) RSVP Details Submitted by Guests:
When guests submit responses on your interactive digital invitation website, we collect their names, email addresses, attendance confirmation (attending or not attending), dietary requirements, food preferences, and any personal wishes or notes they submit.
c) Billing and Transaction Data:
All online card transactions are processed securely through PayHere. We do not store or process card numbers, CVV codes, or bank details directly on our servers. PayHere provides us only with transaction tokens and confirmation statuses.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information to:
- Generate, customize, and host your digital wedding cards and websites.
- Facilitate the RSVP dashboard, compiling and storing guest attendance.
- Sync guest RSVPs automatically to the couple's private designated Google Sheet.
- Manage billing, issue invoices, and complete purchases.
- Provide customer support, resolve design queries, and fix technical bugs.
3. Data Security and Storage
We prioritize the safety of your wedding details. Your account details and wedding configurations are stored on secure cloud database servers using standard encryption.
For guests submitting RSVPs, their responses are sent directly via secure SSL protocols to our backend database and synced instantly to the couple's authorized Google Sheet. Access to the Google Sheet is restricted solely to the Google account authorized by the couple.
While we implement strict technical safeguards, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but actively maintain patches and updates to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted partners essential to providing our services:
- Google APIs: Used to write guest RSVP data directly to your private Google Sheet.
- PayHere Gateway: To process your payment securely during checkout.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of Blissful Invites, our users, or the public.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to maintain your login session on our website, save your preferences, and analyze site traffic patterns (using tools like Google Analytics) to improve user experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of our site may not function correctly as a result.
6. Controlling Your Data
Couples can modify or remove their wedding details, photos, and music uploads at any time by logging into their dashboard. If you wish to delete your account or require guest RSVP records to be permanently deleted from our database servers, you can contact us at any time, and we will process the deletion immediately.
